Day 1: Arrive Hanoi – City by Cyclo (D)
Warmly Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam! The land of unique culture and stunning natural view.
Upon your arrival, your local tour guide will welcome you at the airport then escort you to hotel with private car. Check in hotel and relax before visit Ngoc Son Temple which is located at the northern end of Sword Lake. After that, take a cyclo tour around Hanoi Old Quarter. A welcome dinner with traditional Vietnamese music will give you a first taste of Vietnamese cuisine and their culture. Overnight in Hanoi
Day 2: Full day cruising Halong bay – Overnight on board (B/L/D)
Around 7.45am - 8.15am, you will be picked up by a shuttle bus to Halong bay. On arrival, boarding on boat and settle at your cabin and enjoy a seafood lunch while cruising around amaze islets amid dramatic natural scenery. On the way to visit Sung Sot Cave – one of the most impressive caves in Ha Long, you have time relaxing on boat and admire magnificent limestone such as Dinh Huong mount, Ga Choi (cock Fighting Mount), you also visit floating villages. Keep sailing on the bay to Hidden Cave, stop for kayaking, swimming, snorkeling in emerald water, admiring sunset. Enjoy a fresh seafood dinner before having good time of squid fishing and retiring to sleep in your cabin. Overnight in a private cozy cabin in Halong bay
Day 3: Cruising Halong bay – Ha noi - Night train to Sapa (B/L)
Greeting by the morning sun rise from the sea horizon, you can join a Thai Chi lesson for some morning exercise before breakfast. Continue boating to explore some of the bay’s truly awesome scenery – vertical and unusual rocks and islets emerge from the sea. If weather permitting, there will be an opportunity to swim in the clear waters. Boat disembarks around 11:00 am then transfer back Hanoi.
Enjoy a water puppet show. Water puppetry - " puppets that dance on water"- is a tradition that dates back as far as the 11th century when it originated in the villages of the Red River Delta area of northern Vietnam. Today's Vietnamese water puppetry is a unique variation on the ancient Asian puppet tradition. After that transfer to the train station for a night train to Lao Cai. Overnight on train soft Sleeper Cabin.
Day: 4 Sapa - Stunning mountain view and terrace fields, primitive villages (B/L)
This morning, you arrive at Lao Cai station. Your tour guide will be waiting for your there and take you to a local restaurant where you can have refreshment and breakfast. After that, join a private bus driving uphill the mountain to Sapa. Via the stunning view on the way, you will reach the crowded mountainous town Sapa.
Store your luggage at the hotel (checking in time is 14.00) then start visiting the town with choosing one of the below option: Cat Cat and Sin Chai village , Lao Chai & Ta Van Village,
Silver Waterfall and Heaven Gate
Left time of the day, you can walk around the town to visit the market, talk with local ethnic people or take a hiking to Ham Rong Mountain. Overnight in Sapa
Day 5: Full day hill tribe colorfull market - Shuttle bus back to Hanoi (B/L)
Today, we would like to suggest you visit one of the most colorful markets in Lao Cai :
Sunday: Bac Ha market, Tuesday: Coc Ly market, Wednesday: Cao Son market, Thursday: Lung Khau Nhin market, Saturday: Can Cau market
These markets are only held one day per week so every people from different hill tribes try to go there to meet friends and exchange their goods. Transfer to Lao Cai for a shuttle bus to Hanoi

Day 6: Hanoi - Flight to Danang - Hoian Ancient town (B/L)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to airport for flight to Danang. Up on arrival, get on you car to Hoian Ancient Town, an Unesco World Heritage site. Stop en-route to visit Cham Museum and Marble Mountain in Danang before catching Hoain.
Spend the afternoon for a walking tour around this enchanting port town of Hoi an, follow the narrow lanes lined with centuries-old houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures and visit its numerous places of interest: the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, the Tan Ky old house, the local market … Around the town you can see numerous art galleries and tailor shops. You are also free to get some made-to-order clothes if you like. Stay overnight in Hoi An.
Day 7: Hoian – Free at leisure (B)
Enjoy your whole free day at hotel for swimming and sunbathing or choose optional diving tour at Cham Island or fishing tour or farming tour in Hoian town. Overnight in Hoian
Day 8: Hoian – Flight to Saigon, short city tour (B/D)
Morning is at leisure. Afternoon, transfer to airport to flight to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) On arrival, pick up and transfer to visit Reunification Palace formerly known as Independence Palace, built on the site of the former Norodom Palace, is a landmark in Hochiminh City. Continue to visit City Hall, Ho Chi Minh Monument and Central Post Office which was constructed when Vietnam was part of French Indochina in the early 20th century. Right nearby, you can see Notre Dame Cathedral, a magnificent building located in the heart of the city and was established by French colonists. In the evening, enjoy an impressive dinner on the Saigon River Cruise which will give you the first impression of Saigon by enjoying the night scenery on the cruise boat. Stay overnight in Saigon.
Day 9: Cai Be - Full day Mekong delta (B/L)
Transferring from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City at 7.30, you will reach Cai Be at 10.00am. We will take the first stop-over - Cao Dai Temple in Cai Be which is symbolizing for the local unique religion and then the Cai Be Cathedral.
After that, you will embark on the boat to visit the inland and floating markets of Cai Be to observe the daily life of local people as well as to know how the two markets different from each other.
You will buy fresh tropical fruits right at locals’ own boats and have chance to talk to them for exploring more their own culture value along with their daily life.
Leaving the market, you will continue with a hand-rowing boat tour to discover the exciting Mekong river life. The small boat will travel through the tiny canals and lead you to the mysterious spots.
Back to the main tourist boat and transfer to our local host (located on Tan Phong Island). Take a short rest, have a drink and taste the local fresh fruits. Next, we will cycle around Tan Phong Island to visit Tan Phong island. If it is on schooldays, you will also have a chance to make friends with local cute and gentle pupils in a village school. Stop at a local farmer’s house to savour a cup of tea and local specialties of banana candies. You can try plucking the fruits at the host’s garden and talk to him to understand how local farmers take care for their gardens.
Saying goodbye to the hospitable host, we keep on biking to the bang conical hat (nón bàng) workshop if they open. You will cycle back to family for lunch with local food and break before embarking on boat to leave Tan Phong Island for the pier to come back Ho Chi Minh City at about 17:30. Overnight in HCMC
Day 10: Saigon – Departure (B)
Free time for shopping or optional visit before transfer to the airport for flight back home.
